About
A faster way to reach water damage help in the Valley
ValleyDry is a Phoenix-based service that connects property owners with local restoration contractors — one number, answered around the clock, instead of a list of companies to work through.
Why we exist
Water damage is one of the few household problems where the clock genuinely matters. Drywall wicks, subfloor swells, and mold growth can begin within 24 to 48 hours when moisture remains. Yet the moment most people need a contractor is the exact moment they are least able to research one — standing in a wet hallway at 2 a.m., phone in hand, calling numbers that ring out.
ValleyDry exists to remove that step. One call is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and routed to a restoration contractor who covers your part of the Valley and is available for the job you actually have.
What we are — and what we are not
We are a connection service. We do not send our own crews, we do not price the work, and we do not stand behind it. The contractor you speak with is an independent business that quotes, schedules and performs the work directly with you.
We say this plainly because the alternative — implying we do the work — would tell you nothing useful about who is actually turning up at your door.
How it works
Three steps, and the first one takes about a minute.
You call
Tell us where you are in the Valley, what you are seeing and roughly when it started. Calls are answered at any hour, including weekends and holidays.
We route the call
Your call is connected to a local restoration contractor covering your area, who can talk through the situation with you directly.
The contractor takes it from there
Scheduling, assessment, pricing and the work itself are arranged between you and that contractor.
What we hold ourselves to
No claims we cannot back
We do not publish reviews we have not received, credentials we have not checked, or arrival times we cannot control.
Local, not generic
Slab leaks, AC condensate lines and monsoon runoff are Phoenix problems. Our guidance is written for the Valley, not copied from a national template.
Useful before you spend
Most of this site is information you can act on before anyone is hired — what to shut off, what to photograph, what insurance usually treats differently.
This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
