The terms that apply when you use phoenixvalleydry.com or call the number listed on it.
This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
1. What this service is
ValleyDry operates phoenixvalleydry.com as a referral and connection service. We route calls from property owners in Phoenix and the surrounding Valley to independent restoration contractors. We do not perform restoration work, do not employ the contractors your call reaches, and are not a party to any agreement you make with them.
2. No contractor relationship
Any contractor you speak with is an independent business. Scope of work, pricing, scheduling, warranties, insurance billing and the quality of the work are matters entirely between you and that contractor. Before work begins, you are responsible for verifying that the contractor holds the licence and insurance required in Arizona for the work being performed.
3. Information on this site is general
Everything published here — including guidance on drying, mold timelines, monsoon season, slab leaks and insurance — is general information, not professional advice for your specific property. It is not legal advice, insurance advice, engineering advice or a substitute for an on-site assessment. Your policy, your building and your situation may differ from any general description on this site.
4. Safety
Water and electricity are dangerous together. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to enter standing water, open an electrical panel, or handle contaminated water. If a situation feels unsafe, leave the area and contact the appropriate emergency service.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that a call will be answered within any particular time, that any contractor will accept the job, or that any particular result will be achieved. We make no representation as to any contractor’s credentials, and we do not publish reviews, ratings or testimonials on this site.
6. Calls
Calls to the number on this site may be recorded, monitored or routed through third-party call-tracking systems. By calling, you consent to that handling as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard carrier rates may apply.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and photography on this site are owned by ValleyDry or used under licence, and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Persons depicted in photography on this site are models or actors.
8. Third-party links
Where this site links to external websites, those sites are outside our control and we accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValleyDry is not liable for any loss or damage — including property damage, financial loss, or loss arising from work performed or not performed by a contractor — resulting from your use of this site or from a connection made through it. Your sole remedy in respect of any dissatisfaction with this site is to stop using it.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
